Practice Makes Perfect
The SEL Blog
With the funds from the SEL in Action grant, district leadership in Behavioral Health and Equity will bring together people passionate about equity and social and emotional learning to help bridge the gap. A yearlong process will focus on building a shared understanding of both equity and social and emotional learning and how they can and must work together. This team will work together towards the development of social emotional and equity standards that fit the context and culture of our district, ultimately culminating in anchor standards that reflect high leverage practices that are the best of both equity and social and emotional learning.
