“The primary goal is to curate a website containing interviews conducted by students with less visible or unknown community members around issues of adversity. Students will use our adapted ADDRESSING/BaHaHaSo grid to consider how forms of power and privilege in conjunction with positive coping-strategies influenced the individuals interviewed. Our hope is that students will learn from interviewees while also seeing themselves in their stories in order to implement similar tactics when facing similar adversities. The interviews will be archived on The Interview Project website creating a “living library” for others to use as resources for learning and building empathy.”
