“Neal Middle School is continuing to develop a resource center and programming to support our students and their families. We are expanding the use of our SEL Parent Resource Center by scheduling events, such as guest speakers, classes and workshops which will focus on the social and emotional development of teens and offer a different topic each month. We also aim to increase communication with parents and guardians through a monthly e-newsletter and will also invite them to discussions with the leadership team. Finally, we will continue adding materials, supplies and resources to our Parent Center, and will be developing a Virtual Parent Center in response to COVID.”
