“Our goal is to increase students' leadership and voice. We will do this by creating a space where students can actively learn and work on their leadership skills in a safe and welcoming environment. We will use a variety of icebreakers, SEL activities, data assessment, and goal setting to create a curriculum that allows students to develop these leadership skills that they can take back into the classroom and out into the world. The leadership skills they develop will focus on student voice; helping students to know when to speak up and when to lead in challenging situations.”
