“We are continuing to train a group of 85+ students to help create and facilitate weekly community circles with their peers. These student leaders develop their leadership, utilize their voice to address campus needs, and work with community members, especially as we strive to emphasize connection during virtual learning and social distancing. We also look forward to our second SEL Student Symposium (virtually?) for our vertical team! We are hoping to involve more of our own students in the facilitation of this event and to continue to teach younger students about SEL competencies and develop action plans for their own campuses.”
