“This proposal builds on a previous project through empowering students to continue to lead and drive the narrative by identifying problems and designing solutions. We will train students to conduct empathy interviews to allow us to build off of the current grant, by developing the skill sets needed in our students to help serve as problem solvers and game changers in our society. This allows students to co-lead, co-create, and co-design schools systems that are supportive to all students, especially those historically marginalized.”
