“NoVo Foundation funds will allow Pa'lante to grow and develop our post-graduation youth leadership pipeline. Specifically, we are transforming two part-time, stipended Alumni Fellow jobs into full-time, permanent, salaried and benefited “RJ Counselors” who will respond to a range of social and emotional issues faced by current students. The new positions will be reserved for Pa’lante graduates who have completed at least one year of our Alumni Fellowship Program, launched in January, 2019 with NoVo’s support.”
