“Looking forward with the LEAF Out Loud project at LEAF Charter School, we seek to amplify the voices of students and staff who are co-creating a project-based and SEL-integrated school. We plan continue to produce our magazine, podcasts and music production as well as invest in live programming for students, staff and guests. This next year, we also intend to build greater unity and skill as a staff, to more fully develop our SEL practices of student voice and LGBTQ+ support, as well as focus on staff needs with the goal of increasing teacher retention.”
