“We are partnering with a community organization, Dane County Time Bank, to create a BIPOC Restorative Justice class curriculum that will include the history and applications of Restorative Justice, training staff on implementation and staff and student training on restorative practices. We will also partner with Dane County Time Bank to collaborate with our school design team composed of students at Milestone Democratic School to develop a Justice Plan. This will include training for staff and students on school discipline and behavior plans rooted in restorative justice, training on systems of support and protocols/procedures for students in crisis.”
