“SEL, Engagement and Equity representatives will be partnering with CAP Leadership, school staff and students, and community partner agencies to deepen student opportunities for SEL skill growth and for staff to experience and model the same. Using subject matter experts, a cross-school student advisory group, and dedicated staff leadership group, we will develop, install and evaluate a menu of SEL practices, opportunities, and professional learning. The work will include development of common supports across all CAP sites with individualized adaptations to best fit the unique needs of the community at each school.”
