“We have committed to further our implementation of restorative practices (RP) to sustain that momentum of students supporting each other, solving problems and building a healthy school culture. We want to build strong, trusting relationships enabling us to engage in critical conversations about community, responsibility, equity and inclusion. We will provide training in RP for all staff across the school district to leverage resources to foster a healthy climate and culture in our schools. To make this work truly student-centered, we will establish youth-adult partnership teams that will use the Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) cycle.”
