At GLOW that means insuring that the “whole girl” focus of health, safety, engagement, support, and challenge are in place to promote the academic and social and emotional learning. We believe this model empowers GLOW girls to strive for a lifetime of personal and professional success. GLOW's model includes significant supports not present in a traditional school to include Dean of Students, Restorative Coordinators, Social Workers, College Bound Team and leveraging local university interns.”
