The Three R's of Mindfulness program is designed to assist students by reducing levels of stress and developing feelings of peace and calm that they can return to when outside of the yoga sessions. In addition, students will learn to self-regulate their emotions, reduce negative stimulation and be better able to manage situations when they are triggered, thus reducing escalation and crisis situations. Students will be better able to identify feelings that cause negative consequences and take ownership of their behaviors, thus leading to healthier independent relationships.
