Fifth and Second Grade students will create and cultivate a "Sensory Garden." Teachers will guide/facilitate this PBL Project. Space for the Sensory Garden is available in the JE Courtyard. This garden will tap into all senses to enhance social emotional growth: students will maintain vertical gardens and raised planters; meditation walking paths; water features; herb gardens; peace pods; and water drums. All students and staff at JE will benefit from this space.
