Funding from the NoVo Foundation will allow GLOW Academy to enhance our College Bound Program in alignment with GLOW’s vision of “She will graduate, go to college, and succeed in life.” Data from our sister schools show that the rate of high school graduation for at-risk girls increases from 60 percent to 96 percent with engagement in a YWLN school; and nearly 100 percent of those students enroll in college. Once in college, students have a graduation rate 400% higher than their non YWLN peers by graduating at the same rate as white, middle class women.
