Practice Makes Perfect
The SEL Blog
The Hidden Hollow Elementary School C.A.R.E. program will be a way to facilitate discussions and share resources with all teachers in our school. We will focus on 4 areas of SEL: making (C)onnections with students, teaching (A)cceptance of all students to all students, using diverse (R)epresentation in our curriculum, and providing an (E)quitable learning environment for all students. We will give teachers access to lessons they can teach that focus on these areas, as well as build their skill set to begin naturally integrating and implementing these areas into their own lessons and teaching.
