The SEL Blog
A central strategy of Pa’lante Restorative Justice (RJ) Program’s work to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline has been the development of a Youth Leadership Pipeline that strategically develops pathways for our student leaders. Central to this effort has been the creation of an Alumni Fellowship Program that provides meaningful employment for Peer Leaders in their own city after high school graduation. With NoVo's support, we are expanding this program to our district's vocational campus.
